Cancellation Policy
For Open Boats-There is a 72 hour (3 days) prior cancellation period. Before this period, your credit card will not be charged. If the cancellation is within this 72 hour period, and the seat on the sunfish cannot be filled, your credit card will be charged the amount of the trip, for your seat. There are no rainchecks. Please take into concideration, if we are able to fill your spot, or spots, or if you are able to find someone to take your spot, you will not be charged.
Chartered Boats-Please call the group you chartered with. Their cancellation policy may be different.Provide a list for us upon arrival of your group
The Sunfish will make the trip in any kind of weather, without a cancellation. Although, the Captain has the final decision, with concern in providing for the safety and well being of the passengers and crew aboard.The Captain has the last say,

Sorry no personal checks will be accepted. We use LRS Legal recovery services for all business checks.
We will collect payment before boat departs (no exceptions.)
If you are a charter please provide us with a manifest for your group prior to departure.

Breakfast: assorted dainshes, coffee and water
During the trip we will have a variety of snacks: Vegetable and dip platter, and cookies.
Lunch: Catered deli platter with meats and cheeses for sandwiches & pasta salad, Minestrone soup. We also have burritos and cup of noodle soups you can help yourself to.
There are sodas and bottled water.
Small coolers are ok.
When on The Sunfish remember to bring your own tanks & Equipment!
#1-Please sign in and fill out the risk assumption form, upon boarding the boat.
#2-Do not forget to bring your diving certification card (C-Card). You will be ask to show it.Bring your fish license if you are hunting
#3-Only keep minimum amount of equipment under the benches.
#4-Store equipment bags, and and misc. items on bow, or along port or starboard sides.
#5-For safety, keep excessive items out of walkway and off of deck boxes.
#6-There is a room forward, for dry storage.
#7-The Galley is self serve. Please help yourself to everything provided, when you are hungry or thirsty, at anytime of the trip.
#8- With regards to others, please only use the head, when underway. When we are at the dock, there are restrooms in the Emporium Building. When at divesites, please use restraint, when possible.
#9-Please do not use "red" camera tubs for mask dipping. We have a white freshwater bucket for mask cleaning.
